And Elisha said, “As the Lord of hosts lives, before whom I stand, surely were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, I would not look at you, nor see you. But now bring me a musician.” Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.

Music is an integral part of Syro-Malabar Holy Qrbana. As per the Second Vatican Council music gives graceful expression to prayer, unity of hearts are profoundly expressed by the union of voices, minds gets a divine elevation through the beauty of the liturgy.  Our Music Traditions are universal which is open to include any musical instrument and the songs are composed in almost all music traditions, Carnatic, Hindustani, Eastern, Western to name a few.
